"My Taghazout” RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The payment for the stay is collected on the day of arrival. If you check out earlier than the scheduled departure date, the amount due for your stay is non-refundable.
2. We charge a refundable deposit of PLN 500 on arrival and we present a room checklist. The deposit will be refunded 48 h after check-out if there is no damage or loss revealed during cleaning. In the event of accidental or intentional damage to the equipment/property of the Yurt, you will be required to pay the full cost for the damage caused, including damage discovered within 48 h of your departure. Any defects and damage occurring during your stay should be reported immediately by phone at +48 737 85 1234 or in person.
3. For fire safety reasons, please use the kitchenette with caution. It is forbidden to use heaters and other electrical appliances in the Yurts that are not provided in the Yurts. This does not apply to chargers and power supply units or computer devices.
4. For safety reasons, before leaving the Yurt, always check the electrical appliances, unplug them, turn off the taps and close the door, windows and skylight. Unfortunately, you will be charged for any damage resulting from your failure to comply with the above.
5. Smoking, frying fish, drying mushrooms and barbecuing are strictly prohibited in the Yurts.
6. Night quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
7. Visitors can be received until 11:00 pm. Your behaviour should not disturb other Guests. For the sake of your comfort, we reserve the right to refuse further service to persons who violate this rule.
8. Please look after the keys to the Yurt and do not hand them over to third parties. If you lose your keys, new keys will be made at your expense. A fee of PLN 100 will be charged.
9. It is forbidden to bring to the beach blankets that are on the beds, kitchenette equipment and any dishes and cutlery.
10. We are not responsible for your belongings left in the Yurts during your stay.
11. We are not responsible for your belongings left behind after leaving "My Taghazout" i.e. after the end of your stay.
12. We are not responsible for theft, damage and loss of your car or other vehicle belonging to you, and for items left in the vehicle, regardless of whether the vehicle was parked in the parking lot or outside "My Taghazout" area. We are also not responsible for fortuitous events and other events caused by natural phenomena.
13. We reserve the right to terminate the rental without refund in the event of blatant breach of the rules and regulations, and refuse booking to persons who have blatantly breached these rules and regulations during a previous stay.
14. Guests aged 23 and over are welcome.
15. Out of respect for all people with allergies, no pets are allowed on the premises of “My Taghazout” and in the Yurts.
16. Your personal data are processed for the purpose of providing hotel services. The controller of your personal data is “My Taghazout”.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We charge an advance of 80% of the total amount of the stay. The advance must be paid within 2 business days after the booking to one of the accounts below. Cancellation of the stay does not entitle you to a refund of the advance.

By paying the advance, you confirm that you have read and accept the rules and regulations.

2. In the event of having to leave early due to factors beyond our control, the amount due for the rest of the stay is non-refundable.
3. The payment reference should include: booking dates, your full name and contact phone number.
4. Invoices for stay are sent via email 48 h after check-out and settlement of the deposit.
5. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10:00 am on the day of departure. You can arrive between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm. If you wish to arrive at other times, please let us know by phone or email. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled after 10:00 pm.
6. Guests are entitled to one parking space.
7. Guests staying 14 days and longer are entitled to one Yurt cleaning service with a change of bed sheets and towels included in the price. Cleaning of the room and change of bed sheets is on your request.
8. You may order an additional cleaning during your stay. The cost of cleaning is PLN 200 for 4 h of cleaning.
9. We will pick you up from the airport, train station, bus stop or any other location of your choice. If you require such a service, please mention this in your booking and we will be happy to provide you with the available options.

REQUESTS

1. We would be grateful if you could inform us about the visit of your Friends, Acquaintances, Family, so that together we can ensure comfort of other residents of "My Taghazout".
2. Please use the areas designated within "My Taghazout" for drying mushrooms, barbecuing or broadly defined lighting fires.
3. We kindly request that you maintain the “Balance”, the barbecue area, the outdoor kitchen and the common area clean and tidy. Please keep the area in order. We will support you in this.
4. Please take your food products with you before leaving or let us know that we can respectfully take care of any food/fridge items that you do not wish to bring with you.
5. In reference to section 11 of the rules and regulations about your belongings left in the Yurt as a result of infatuation, delight or elation after your departure, we will be happy to send them back to you.

Useful information

1. Washer and dryer are located in the utility house “Chowadełko”. The price for washing is PLN 50, the price for drying is PLN 30.
2. We provide not only rental services but also training, coaching, and workshops. We issue VAT invoices for all services.
3. We have a 6 seater cab + driver available for a fee, upon prior booking.
4. We rent out SUP boards and kitesurfing gear.
5. We provide kitesurfing training at sea using equipment which will allow you to be in constant contact with your instructor. For advanced trainees, we organise supplementary training trips.
6. We conduct coaching sessions based on our own coaching method on SUP and Walking and Talking.
7. In winter, the sea offers cold water swimming, while the snow-covered beach offers an unforgettable cross-country skiing experience.
8. In autumn, the forest and the beach offer hiking and biking tours and mushrooms wait for you and bow with their caps.
9. In spring, the lighthouse trail beckons with the charm of the open sea and invites you with twinkling lights.
10. In summer, as well as any other time of the year, do whatever your heart desires.
