Protection of the privacy of users of EPRO website, www.myglamping.pl, is of great importance to us. Therefore, we are publishing a document explaining the rules and manner
of collecting, processing and using information concerning users of the www.myglamping.pl website.

- The user of the website is every person visiting the website and online store.

- EPRO processes Users’ personal data in compliance with the law, in particular in accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC(“GDPR”).
- Provision of personal data by Users is voluntary. This data will not be processed by EPRO in an automated manner nor be profiled.

- Personal data will be processed in terms of their collection and archiving in connection with cooperation of the Person, Entity and Controller. Personal data will also be processed in the scope related to documenting the cooperation between the Person, Entity and Controller, as well as for the purpose of processing complaints, filed claims, pursuing claims and defending against mutual claims in connection with the performance of the agreement between the Person, Entity and Controller - Article 6 (1)(b), (c) and the GDPR (performance of the agreement, performance of the legal obligation of the Controller and legitimate purpose/legitimate interest of the Controller).
- EPRO collects only data that will be used to provide the service you have selected, to respond to your inquiry submitted to EPRO, to process your order and for archival and statistical purposes. The data is stored on the hosting service provider's servers in a highly secure manner.
- Your personal data will be processed for the duration of your cooperation with EPRO. If the User ceases cooperation with EPRO, the User is obliged to inform EPRO thereof - otherwise EPRO will not be able to delete the User’s data. The User’s data will be processed for the duration of their cooperation with EPRO, unless you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.
- EPRO hereby informs you of your right under the Act to access, modify and delete your data. EPRO reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy, but it shall ensure that the User’s rights under this document are not limited without the User’s consent. Any changes to the privacy policy will be published on this website.
- The User has the right of access to their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit the processing of data, transfer data and the right to raise an objection.
- We collect the following personal data:
- full name - when placing an order, necessary for placing orders, reservation and for contact;
- telephone number - data used for contact concerning fulfillment of orders;
- e-mail address - the e-mail address is used to send order confirmation and possibly for contact purposes;
- address - information resulting from the general rules of Internet connections such as IP address (and other information contained in system logs);
- All companies cooperating with the site, which gain access to the data provided by you, have undertaken to protect personal data in accordance with the applicable law and to train their employees in the processing and protection of the obtained personal data.
- The information you provide may be made available to competent public authorities if required by law. Please also be informed that the Users' personal data will be transferred to the following recipients: entities cooperating with the Controller in the performance of services covered by the agreement, entities that have concluded contracts with the Controller concerning the provision of IT services, providers of accounting and bookkeeping services in order to perform the Controller's legal obligations, e.g.: issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, responding to complaints within the period and in the form provided for by law (Art. 6 para. 1 letter c);
- We do not store confidential data such as credit card numbers or bank account access details.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the final device of the site User and are designed to facilitate use of the Website. This activity does not serve to collect nor process personal data.
